Fabric selection:
A blend of 32% nylon and 68% cotton. The high proportion of cotton fibers maintains a dominant moisture absorption rate of 8%-9%, and has good skin-friendliness, suitable for close-fitting wear. The hydrophobic fibers of nylon form microchannels to accelerate moisture discharge, with a moisture permeability of 4500gm2 in 24 hours, and the tear strength of nylon fibers reaches 45N, giving the fabric good wear resistance.

Technology:
The CAD plate making system is used to preset the solid embroidery area and the hollow area, and a high-precision Anagram embroidery of 35 needles cm2 is formed through a multi-head embroidery machine at a needle speed of 1000rpm. Then the laser cutting process is used to accurately remove the base fabric in the embroidery hollow area to form a geometric hole shape. The laser accuracy of ±0.1mm makes the hollow part smooth and burr-free.
